We are starting to use Insights tab of Productboard to centralize and analyze the qualitative feedback and data we collect in multiple areas of our organization.
We would like to hear any advice or pro-tips about how to implement Insights in a global B2C product.
The intake process in particular: Triaging notes, processing and closing the feedback loop with contributors.
What worked? What failed? Interested in both the process as well as the governance around it (documentation, change management, training etc).

Thanks for replying 🙂. Yes, I have checked those and the materials available on Product Stakeholder Toolkit. As well as other content about B2B like this one from Outsystems Product Ops community Miro board.
But I am looking for help or ideas about the B2C use case.
