Hi all,
I’m ingesting forum feedback from places like Gartner Peer Insights into the extention, and then setting the insights as coming from ‘Forum User’. However, when I assign these insights to a feature, it only says 1 person is talking about that features because it’s all captured under ‘Forum User’.
Is this the best way to do it? Is there a way to show all feedback against a feature if its from one user? (One user as far as Productboard knows)

Ideally you should be collecting your feedback under each user that shares it. That way you have both a sightline into per user requests as well as the ability to leverage segmentation later on. If that’s not possible, then all feedback tied to the same username or ID will appear as you described.
To show all feedback from one user you can go to the Features board, select Users from the right hand side bar, select the user, the click on the Notes tab to see all associated notes. You can also use the Users filter on the Insights board to filter for all Notes tied to a particular user (and similarly on the Features board and Roadmaps to show all features where that user has shared feedback)
