Loving the new customer board capabilities & looking to see how we can extend some of the interesting information into other areas for our PM’s to leverage.
We’ve prioritized some of our customers as “strategic” - based on a number of factors that aren’t always managed in our CRM. I added a custom text field to our customer profile & updated the values accordingly.
I found a way to filter the Customer board based on this new field (cool & helpful for our CSM’s), BUT I don’t see a way to add this filter to our features board so that my PM’s can also use it to prioritize development (e.g. show me all the insights or the user impact scores for the strategic customers).
Am I missing something obvious?

You’ll need to first setup a dynamic company segment (Features board > Segments) and set the rule for this segment (e.g. Strategic = Yes)
Then you can add this as a column, and also filter the features board by Segment (you’ll see this in the filter) which will allow you to hone in on those features where you have insights from and important to that segment.
