Allowing contributors to update the user impact score of an insight


Hello, our customer success team submit insights to Productboard to record customer requests they received. We would like to enable them to also choose the user impact score of a request as this is typically tied to a particular customer.

At the moment, we are using comments to share this information, however is there a better way for Contributors to score insights?

@maria.stellini.weavr as contributors, they can already indicate the importance on the insight when they link them. It’s the same process as it is for Makers or Admins, the only difference is they cannot score notes from others, only their own.
