What is the definition of product-led growth according to you?

It is a bit confusing to understand product-led growth as many definitions are available in the market. 

I would love to take the opportunity and have your views.

Off the top of my head …

“Product-led” growth is driven by the product rather than a sales force.

The offer itself drives user acquisition through sharability, ease-of-discovery, and organic adoption and on-boarding.

The product drives revenue expansion via self-serve consumption tiers.

 

Sales-led growth often follows that up with premium/enterprise account targets to take the product “up-market”. As much as this is driven by Sales on the front-end, it’s serviced by Account Management on the back-end. Neither of these functions is critical in a product-led growth scenario.
