Excellent initiative @michelle.fifis , I got so much out of the last “How Productboard uses Productboard” video!

How do you balance continuous discovery with development work? Especially the PM & PD roles.
How do you judge when to invest in more discovery and when to move to development? Particularly for changes that seem like no-brainer refinements to existing features.
Do you use any frameworks like design sprints etc?
What kind of artifacts do you use during (stages of) discovery? E.g.: strategic brief, wireframes, mock-ups, prototype, vision-type etc.
