Hi, shot in the dark: I’m a Product Manager in state government and we define the business value of products not in terms of ROI but in terms of desired improvements in business outcomes that relate purely to quality, efficiency, and quantity of services delivered across populations. We are new to this, though, and don’t have yet a good example of how to report progress against these product delivery outcomes. Anyone have a resource to share for this purpose?
