I am happy to announce that we released Required questions and survey navigation for SatisMeter.
🆕 What’s new?
- SatisMeter customers can set any questions required in the survey designer.
- Respondents must answer the required questions before moving to the next one.
- We also improved the navigation and respondents can go back to revisit previous questions.
💪 Why is this important?
Until now you couldn’t set your questions in the SatisMeter surveys required so the respondents could skip providing important information. That made lots of survey responses useless. So we made the required questions available and a new survey navigation method that supports it.
⏭ What’s next?
- The feature is available for all customers and enabled on all new surveys by default.
- The feature is available for existing surveys of free customers are also enabled.
- The feature will be available for existing surveys of paying customers in the second wave, 3rd January.
- The feature will be available for existing surveys of enterprise customers in the third wave, 9th January.
