We just released a little pre-Christmas Gift for our Productboard <> Azure DevOps customers. We are now supporting Azure DevOps parent-child relations to work items. What is new?Our customers can now enable parent-child relations to work items. That way, they can track parent (usually epic) to child (usually feature or other work item type) relationship between Productboard and Azure DevOps.Why is it valuable? Before, you had to add these parent-child relationships manually, making it difficult to track the decomposed features and their connection to the parent (epic). With this improvement you can keep track of all the underlying children (usually subfeatures in Productboard and Features in ADO) of the parent (usually features in Productboard and epics in ADO). This will make tracking the larger body of work and its decomposed elements between Pb and ADO easier. How does it work? After you enable this functionality in their ADO integration settings, the work items or subfeatures th
I’m excited to announce that we are now supporting Azure DevOps Areas in the Push dialog.👉What is new?Our customers can now choose an Area path to push their features or subfeatures from Productboard to Azure DevOps.‼️ The area field will ONLY show up if customers have set up more than one area in their ADO Project (If there is only one default area, we will not show the area field in the push dialog.)🤔Why is it valuable? The area field will allow Product Managers to select the right domain and team backlog to push the Pb feature or subfeature to so:PMs can distribute the work efficiently to the right backlog and domain PMs can focus on planning the delivery rather than unnecessary manual work The delivery teams can immediately see the prioritized features and subfeatures in their ADO domain backlog rather than searching for them from a massive list of unrelated features.📚Learn moreAvailable on all plans Help article
Hello Everyone We’ve just released more powerful filtering for tags and keywords on insights board! What is new? When applying filters for tags on the insights board, you can now choose between three different Boolean logical operators: Any of the selected (OR logic) All of the selected (AND logic) None of the selected (NOT logic). When applying filters based on keywords in the note title or content, you can choose between OR logic (Contains any of these) and AND logic (Contains all of these). In addition, there’s an option to exclude a list of keywords as well (Contains none of these). Applying filters from the tag cloud is now disabled. You will still be able to see the count of tags for your currently viewed notes, but you won’t be able to click on them. Why is it valuable?By utilizing OR logic, you can create collections around broader topics and product areas (e.g. ‘Mobile platform’). These collections can help to make the triaging and processing of notes more efficient (e.g.

You can also assign specific timeframes and simply toggle on Time Horizons to visualize features, objectives and releases in corresponding quarters, months, or weeks. Hi Everyone! 👋 I’m excited to announce that smart feature suggestions has just been released on the Scale and Enterprise plans.👉 What's new? When you highlight an insight within a note, the linking popup now provides two different kinds of suggestions. Recent items showing the features, sub-features or components that you recently linked insights to. Related items showing features, sub-features or components that are predicted as relevant to the given note. This is based on the results of natural language processing and machine learning performed on your organisation’s previously processed and linked notes. 📈 Why is it valuable?By utilising smart suggestions, you can avoid having to manually search across the entire hierarchy all the time; and you can find the relevant features quicker. This can result in a more efficient processing flow for your team, which also improves over time: the more links are made between notes and features, the better the suggestions will become.📚

To start making changes just click "edit". Hello Everyone!I am excited to announce that we have released the ability to drag and drop images into manual notes & feature descriptions.👉 What is new?To add an inline image into a note or a feature description, you can now simply drag and drop the image. Once you drop the image, it will be pasted into the given line. In your notes, you can then easily highlight the image and link it to your feature idea as an insight. Images can be added into editable notes and feature descriptions.💪 Why is it valuable?A picture is worth a thousand words. 🖼 You could already add inline images to description fields by copy-pasting the image or an image URL, but now it's even easier to do so by simply drag-and-dropping the image directly into the text editor.🛑 What are the known limitations? This feature is not yet available in Safari browser.📚 DocumentationFind out more in our Help Centre article.
Hello! I'm super excited to announce that we've just rolled out a major improvement to how we load the insights board, resulting in much faster loading times - especially if there is a lot of data related to the insights board in your space. What is new?Prior to these improvements, whenever you opened the insights board, we would load all the notes in your organisation before you could interact with the content. Now, we only load the notes you actually need, so you can spend less time staring at the loading screen, and more time doing the work that matters. Why is it important? Loading times for your insights board are now independent from the amount of notes you have. As your organisation keeps collecting more and more feedback, performance will scale with it!The more notes you have the bigger benefit you can expect to see. Organisations with an extremely large amount of notes (>30k) can expect to see up to 50% decrease in average loading times; whereas spaces with thousands of n
