What’s next?We want to hear your feedback on this feature so we can decide what to improve. We're thinking about adding a loom integration to features
Hello Product Makers! We’ve just released Suggested Notes for Features on the Scale and Enterprise plans! What is new? When you visit the insights tab on a feature, we may display suggested notes under the linked insights. These notes are predicted to be relevant to the given feature based on text-analysis of their content. Suggested notes can be both processed and unprocessed notes. We only display recommended notes that don’t have insights already linked from them to the currently viewed feature. Not all features will include suggestions. We can only provide note recommendations for features that have at least one insight linked. The more insights are linked to a feature, the more likely we can provide relevant suggestions. Why is it valuable? You can now easily discover unlinked relevant feedback for your most important features. This can help make discovery efforts more efficient - instead of manually searching for additional notes based on keywords, you can access relevant feedback
Hi everyone,I’m happy to announce that we’ve just released manual progress tracking to GA. This completes our previously released calculated progress tracking on all three entities. 🚨 What’s new?In addition to calculated progress tracking on all three entities (objectives, releases, and features), makers can also choose the manual logic behind progress tracking The calculated progress is set on the entities by default, but to accommodate flexibility in tracking the progress, makers can now opt-in for manual progress tracking in the sidebar of the feature, objective, or release💪 Why is it valuable?PMs can now choose the logic behind progress visualization - they can either use “calculated based on status” or they can opt-in for “manual”, to accommodate their various tracking needs (for example, to also track the entire lifecycle, not just delivery) Makers can make the decision of which logic to use on an entity level, which means that on a roadmap, they can visualize both entities wit

And finally, there’s even responsive messaging to either praise a high view count or encourage you to rally your team around your roadmap if nee

Hello Everyone! I'm excited to announce that we’ve just released Customer Portal UI Localization to Labs on Scale and Enterprise plans. What is new? There’s a new Customer Portal language dropdown under Portal settings where admin Makers can select which language to use on their customer facing portals (i.e. those shared under Public or Private link). System-generated strings including Portal copy, buttons, and emails will be automatically translated. On the other hand, user-generated Portal content, such as portal card title and description, tabs, sections will need to be translated by you. Why is it valuable? Nowadays, many companies have an international reach or operate in non-English speaking markets. You can embed the roadmap wherever their audience is. You can choose whether the viewer will see feature cards or portal cards. 💪Why is it important? Some makers currently struggle to align and collaborate with people who don’t have Productboard accounts. Now you can share a roadmap with anyone who has a link. You can now embed column roadmaps in wikis like confluence or on their websites. This means you can reach their audience wherever they are. 📈 What’s next?Future improvements include extending this functionality to timelines roadmaps and implementing real time updates for the shared link. We will be adding some smaller improvements in the coming weeks including adding a password option for the shared links and showing visualisation of feature card attributes. 📚L

Hello Everyone We’ve just released Insights Automation on the Enterprise plan! What is new? There’s a new Insights Automations page in Settings where admin Makers can set up automation rules for the insights board. These rules help you efficiently route and categorise feedback by enabling you to auto-assign owners and auto-tag notes based on the title, content, tags and source of the given note. The rules are applied to all new notes created after setting up a certain rule - historical notes will not be affected. The rules run against notes coming in from integrations (manually created notes are not supported at this stage). Why is it valuable? With larger volumes of feedback teams may struggle with the burden of manually routing notes to the relevant audience. Insights Automation will help you cut back on the steps involved so instead of triaging you can focus on learning from your notes. Hi, we are all excited to announce a release of the Jira Workspaces and Revamped Jira Integration Creation Flow. What’s new?We introduced a new concept of Jira Workspaces. Jira Workspace represents a connection between Productboard Space (e.g. productboard.productboard.com) and Jira Instance. At the moment, we support group reauthorization in those settings. We also revamped the whole Jira Integration setup experience. Our customers can select a previous workspace and authorization to connect to. Why is it important?
