We are delighted to announce that we’ve released SCIM user provisioning 🚀This feature is only available on the Enterprise plan. 🆕 What is new?SCIM provisioning enables our customers to deploy and manage their users at scale. Customers can set up SCIM provisioning by manually using our SCIM API in their identity providers. Once the workspace sets up SCIM, any changes (name, job title, department, email) in customer's identity provider tool will automatically propagate to PB.✋ NOTE: this release doesn't support SCIM Teams management What’s next?We've submitted our SCIM app to Okta and Azure AD for approval. Hi folks,I am happy to announce that we released Required questions and survey navigation for SatisMeter. 🆕 What’s new?SatisMeter customers can set any questions required in the survey designer. Respondents must answer the required questions before moving to the next one. We also improved the navigation and respondents can go back to revisit previous questions. 💪 Why is this important?Until now you couldn’t set your questions in the SatisMeter surveys required so the respondents could skip providing important information. That made lots of survey responses useless. Hi everyone,You can now add people to feature cards! 👏🏼 Custom member fields on roadmaps are now available for GA! 🆕 What’s new?You can now display custom member fields on a roadmap card! Be it a Designer, Dev Lead, or a PM - you can now put faces to names (literally).💪 Why is it important?Customers want to have more flexibility on what to display on the feature cards on a roadmap. Currently, it’s only possible to display feature owners, but customers want to be able to visualize other people associated with the feature too - be it a PM, a Dev Lead or a Designer.🤔 How does it work?Click on roadmap settings From “feature attributes”, click on “People” – you’ll have the option to display the feature owner or a custom field member of your choice Please find help center article documentation here.

Hi everyone,🚀 We’ve just released the Bulk update for custom fields into the GA! This allows you to update multiple custom fields at once.🚨 What’s new?You can now update custom fields in Bulk! Previously, it was only possible to do an update of a single custom field from a column or a feature sidebar. It works for any kind of custom field - drop-down, member, text, and number. Pro Tip: If you want to select more features under each other, select the top one, hold the shift key and then select the last feature. We have just released the new View sharing menu with the option to Lock Views to all customers on Scale and Ent plans. 🚨 What’s new? New and optimised sharing window Much requested view locking mechanism (roadmap, feature board) to protect views from accidental changes and deletion No more 'free-for-all' on views. When the view is locked only the owner of the view can edit or delete the view. The concept of view owner - each newly created view will have an owner assigned by default (this will allow us to do things like request access in the future) Note: Admins retain the right to manage locked views (as long as they are shared) Learn more. This led to frustration when other users relying on the view found out that the view was changed or missing. 🚀 We released customer-facing column roadmaps to Labs. This allows you to share column roadmaps with anyone who has a link and embed them. 🚨 What’s new?You can now share column roadmaps with anyone who has a link. You can embed the roadmap wherever their audience is. You can choose whether the viewer will see feature cards or portal cards. 💪Why is it important?Some makers currently struggle to align and collaborate with people who don’t have Productboard accounts. Now you can share a roadmap with anyone who has a link. You can now embed column roadmaps in wikis like confluence or on their websites. This means you can reach their audience wherever they are. 📈 What’s next?Future improvements include extending this functionality to timelines roadmaps and implementing real time updates for the shared link. Hey Product Makers,We are happy to announce that we released Aggregated Company field. The feature is available on Scale and Enterprise plans.You can prioritize your features based on ARR or other attributes that are tied to the companies that provide feedback on a specific feature. Available in GA for Scale and Enterprise. Aggregated Company field is based on a numeric custom field of your imported companies. It aggregates that numeric value per feature for those companies that are submitted a note to request that feature and that note was linked to it.The aggregated company field values can be used to understand for example the revenue impact of your ideas (aggregated ARR, ACV, etc.) and help you with the prioritization. This feature is available on all the plans. 👉 What is new?In each ADO integration, you can set up rule-based automation, which will change the Productboard status based on the changes in the ADO statuses.
