With another couple weeks left in our read of Roman Pichler’s Strategize we hope you’ve been making your way through the book and have signed up for Roman’s AMA event in April
For this final discussion, we’ll be diving into product roadmaps.
- What are some of the common roadmapping mistakes that happen in your product team and/or organization? (e.g. stakeholders determine the roadmap, the roadmap is seen as a fixed plan, the roadmap is speculative, the roadmap results in a death march, the roadmap contains epics and user stories, the roadmap is mistaken as a release plan) — or have you managed to avoid these mistakes?
- What from the roadmaps section of the book (if any) are you applying to your own roadmapping efforts and found success with?
