Hi all
We are already using productboard and publish our features and sub-features via the portal to our client community for feedback and feature prioritization. However, for more complex topics there is a need for additional information as the portal cards are quite small. That could be concepts but also pictures and diagrams that we might publish somewhere and then integrate the link to this platform in the portal card text. It is important that our clients can comment, ask questions and give advice on the published content.

What are feasibel platforms and tools you use for this kind of client collaboration? We already have an additional Atlassian Confluence instance that could be used. Any other practical experience that satisfies you and your clients?
