Boosting user research impact
Synopsis
People who make a product think and talk about it fundamentally differently than people who donโt. Talking to current and prospective users is (finally) widely acknowledged as a key task in developing products. Even organizations with dedicated user researchers have their designers, developers, marketers, and product managers taking on research activities.ย
In this talk, Steve will go beyond the basic tips and tactics for asking questions to examine how organizations can operate research programs with greater maturity, engaging stakeholders to maximize influence and impact.
